In the end of 2022, and the beginning of the AI entering the digital landscape, Microsoft commissioned this commercial for the new Bing with integrated AI features.

As the animation director on the project I collaborated directly with Microsoft's General Manager to translate their brief into a fitting animation style and storyboard to best convey the updated features.

The creative challenge was to find a way to make the largely text-based interface visually appealing and as exciting as the AI possibilities. All the while staying true to the brand’s design system. I pushed to incorporate emoji’s, gradient highlights in the backgrounds, and tilted camera angles to achieve this.
